Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

At ACE TECH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as the item has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. You may, however, initiate a return once you receive your item (see below).

To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@acetechshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@acetechshop.co.uk.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within [X days] of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
