Variable rate depending on condition and value of item. Typically 25% on lower value items and 50% on higher value items.
To sell any item for cash all we require if for you to visit the store or even post your items to our store via tracked or recorded means. We accept both new and used items, we grade used from; A (as new), B (boxed with accessories), c (used varies in condition), D (defect typically cosmetic like a smartphone with a crack but otherwise in working condition) or even E (more than 1 defect but otherwise in working order) and F (faulty not working sold as spares)
TRADE IN CREDIT
For store credit we offer 50% when compared to cash value on items.
The same applies as sell for cash above. When trading in items for store credit you can chose to exchange at that time if unable to decide to take a voucher in the form or a printed or preferred method of a QR code which you can redeem at any point in the future valid for 365 days from the day of the trade. Please understand when trading in any items
CONSIGNMENT
You decide the price, we display in store we keep 30% of the sale and you take the 70% of the amount.
We offer when don’t know how much to value something typically for niche, rare, bespoke or items we are unable to valuate. Anyone is able to put items on consignment we will photo, display and price the item so any visiting member of the public can view the item in store and online for as long as you like. Please note some items we may not by able to display or store and we may ask for you to hold onto and we will contact you and enquire if available to potential buyers. See listed items HERE

Help sell any of our items or products by either sending them to our store or even if you sell through an online platform or marketplace you earn money. For example if you sell an anything we have in stock we handle the entire sales process and even postage and packing if needed and you earn a fixed percentage for you efforts. The more you help us the more we pay you.
OUR TERMS
All sell, trade, consign require ID please fill in your details by completing the trading form by clicking here.
Please note we require 2 forms of ID when taking in any items 1 form must be your photographic ID this could be in a form of a driver’s license, passport, resident permit or any government issued ID card. Furthermore we require proof of your address this could be in the form of a bank statement, utility bill or council or government issued letter. At the time of each trade we may take a photograph of yourself to verify your identity. In the event you do not have any photo ID we may ask for you to provide a sort code and account number to verify you name with your bank in order to perform a KYC check. Please note we can ONLY pay cash for items when photo ID is presented otherwise BACS payment. Please note in the event we find that your ID does meet our requirement we reserve the right to refuse to trade with you without reason or explanation. Ask in store for more.
BUY BACK
To complete a buy back please fill in your details by completing the trading form by clicking here or you can check the value of an item by completing the small form.
We know sometimes you may not want to sell off your items so we offer a buy back service for those in need. We have a fixed rate for all “buy-back” at 50%. For items under £100 we offer a 14 day period and for items over £100 we offer a 28 day period. Once this time has elapsed we hold the item for the same time as duration of the “buy-back” and charge a £5 late penalty fee plus interest calculated daily for example a £40 “buy-back” would mean you would need to pay £60. If you are late by 1 week then the amount would be 7 days plus late fee (£20 divided by 14 days works out to be £1.49 rounded up then multiplied by 7 days comes to exactly £10) meaning the total amount due would be £75. In order to prevent a late fee we ask all to make a minimum payment to the value of £5 prior the due date. Once paid the late fee will not be applied and the interest will be also be reduced depending on the amount paid. Please ask in store for more details.
RESERVE
Unable to buy, not enough money then put it on lay-away.
If you want anything but don’t have enough money then you can put an item on reserve. Just pay atleast 20% of the total cost of the item you wish to purchase and we can reserve it. The reserve will last for 30 days and to renew a minimum payment of £5 is required to keep the reservation on an item. Please understand all reserves are fixed. If you change you mind within 72 hours of the reserve only store credit can be claimed. In order to place a reserve please fill in the form
PREORDER

The majority of items we sell are new and we strive to always have the newest and latest tech gadgets and games. We don’t know how popular something is unless there is demand so to insure you get the newest and hottest thing coming soon we ask people to pre-order. To pre-order any item just fill the form below and pay a minimum deposit of £5. Once stock is available you will be contacted and ordered items are kept on reserve for a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.
